Daniel Müller from St. Moritz completed his culinary training in „Badrutt’s Palace Hotel“ at his place of residence. Afterwards he worked in the „Castello del Sole“ in Ascona, later even in the hotel „Ocean Drive“ in Ibiza. The next few years he spent as executive chef in well-known restaurants in St. Moritz. His professional activities in the Engadin, however, were interrupted again and again for stays abroad. In June 2015, he launched his own project „Mulo’s Restaurant/Bar” in St. Moritz, which was a complete success within a very short time. We are very happy to have Daniel Müller now as chef in our restaurant.
